Getting Started

Book your class through the Behind The Bike website or app.
All rides must be reserved in advance.

Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Cancellations made 6 or more hours before the scheduled class start time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class will result in a $15 late cancellation fee.

All onsite rides are held at:
Brickyard Fitness – St. Petersburg, Florida
Pop-up locations will be announced for special events and those locations will be advertised during promotion.

Absolutely! All levels are welcome!
You control your own pace and resistance, so you can ride at whatever feels right for you.
New to spin?
Arrive at least 20 minutes early and we’ll help with shoes, bike setup, and everything you need to feel comfortable.
Before you Ride

Yes, cycling shoes are required!
Our bikes are compatible with:
SPD cleats
Delta cleats
Cycling shoe rentals are available for $3 per class (limited availability).
Our shoe rentals have Delta cleats.

No tennis shoes allowed.
Cycling shoes are required.
We are currently offering discounted Pearl Izumi cycling shoes for purchase (while supplies last).

There will be an add-on section during your class checkout. Pease make sure to add your size.

All riders must arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts.
This applies to all riders (new or returning).
Arriving early ensures time for:
Shoe fitting
Bike setup
Class check-in
Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins.
