By booking, purchasing, creating an account, or participating in any Behind The Bike class or service, you agree to the following terms:

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to ride at Behind The Bike. You confirm you are physically fit and able to participate in indoor cycling.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All classes must be booked in advance. Payment is required at time of booking. All sales are final unless required by law. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, unused packages, or partial use of services. Behind The Bike may change pricing, schedule, instructors, or class formats at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

Cancellations made 6 or more hours before the scheduled class start time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class will result in a $15 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling (“no-show”) will result in a $20 no-show fee. Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Fees may be automatically changed. If a class is booked using a package or credit, the class will be deducted in addition to any applicable late cancel or no-show fee. If you are added to class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or cancelling within the policy window to avoid fees. Exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Behind The Bike.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Packages expire 6 months from date of purchase. CHARGEBACKS

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Behind The Bike to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

STUDIO RULES

Arrive 15 minutes before class start time (mandatory) to ensure proper safety and set up. Phones must be silenced and put away during class. No food allowed in the studio (water only). Respect staff, instructors, and other riders. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund. Violation of studio rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

LATE POLICY

No entry allowed once class begins. No refunds or credits for late arrivals.

SHOES & EQUIPMENT

Cycling shoes are required. Bikes are SPD + Delta compatible. Shoe rentals available for $3 (limited availability and not guaranteed). No street shoes allowed on bikes, must wear SPD or Delta compatible shoes.

HEALTH & SAFETY

You are responsible for your own health and safety. Consult a physician before participating if needed. You assume all risks associated with indoor cycling. This includes risks related to physical exertion, use of equipment, and instruction provided by staff. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Behind The Bike to seek medical assistance on your behalf.

LIABILITY WAIVER

You voluntarily accept all risks of participation. You release Behind The Bike, its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Behind The Bike is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

MEDIA RELEASE

Classes may be filmed or photographed. By attending, you grant permission for your image/likeness to be used for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media and advertising) without compensation. If you prefer not to appear in media, you must notify staff prior to class and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate. This may include use in digital advertising, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in media, you must notify staff prior to class.

COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By submitting any forms, creating an account or booking a class, you agree to receive transactional & marketing communications (including email & text confirmations, email & text reminders, email and text service-related messages, email and text promotional messages, email and text billing messages).

By providing your email, you also opt in to receive marketing communications from Behind The Bike. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

SMS and Mobile Information:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Behind The Bike may modify schedules, instructors, or classes at any time. No refunds will be issued for schedule changes.

FORCE MAJEURE

Behind The Bike is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, emergencies, traffic or government actions.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Behind The Bike from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Behind The Bike services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.
